Little Coyote Lake Near the BWCA and Ely, MN

Little Coyote is a 40 acre lake located 4 miles south of Rollins, MN off County #131, and in the heart of the Superior National Forest. Little Coyote does not have a public access across land, however, it may be accessed up Coyote Creek from Little Coyote Lake. Maximum depth is 15 feet. Little Coyote Lake boasts of large Northen Pike, Yellow Perch, Rock Bass, and Walleye -- the fishing is good. In a national forest, you're bound to spot one of your wildlife neighbors. The area is home to moose, deer and much more.
